Where Do Our Products Come From
Gwende uses a vast array of manufactures, suppliers and vendors. Our products are all tested and come from certified factories. We sell products ranging from USA made to Eastern Asian and many inbetween.
Do I get Better Pricing For Large Orders?
Yes. Because of reduced cost in overhead, we can offer much better pricing on bulk orders. We can even use our resources to deliver containers or truck loads to your location in very large orders. Contact us for details and discounting on these services.
Can I Use My Own Shipping?
Absolutely! We can use your UPS or Fedex number to ship to you!
Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS, USPS or Fedex for most orders. We average 3-4 days to get your product to you. Please contact us if your have not recieved your product and it has been 6 days or longer.
Expedited Shipping
Our expedited rate is based on 1 to 2 day delivery, including handlign time.
Who is eligible for Free Shipping?
Anyone. We caculate shipping cost based on package size and weight for each of our products. We do not play games with our shipping cost like other stores do. This is why we offer discounts for bulk purchases to eat some of the cost burden of those shipments.
Warranty & Returns
About Free Shipping offers:
Free Shipping & Returns: Returns that require shipping will only be free for defective products.
Return Policy
We accepted returns in 30 days of non used products. If the product was defective, we will set up a return, upon inspection we will issue a refund. Unwanted or accidental orders will be charged return shipping.
2 Year Warranty
We offer a 2 year manufacture warranty. Simply return your product and we will inspect it. If we determine it failed under normal conditions we will replace or refund the item for free.
Can I return outside of the 30 days?
Yes but a restocking and return shipping fee will be applied. This is for unused products only. We will refund you once we recieve the item. A restocking fee of 15% will apply.
Wrong Items
We will cover the cost of shipping for wrong items. We will offer to replace or refund the order.
