2. Mesh Size Selection:
   • Fine Mesh (20-100 microns): Suitable for filtering smaller particles and debris, making it ideal for applications where a high level of filtration is required, such as in pharmaceutical or food processing industries. GWENDE's Y-Strainers come with a standard 20 Mesh Filter. These are replaceable by any standard mesh or various sizes.
   • Coarse Mesh (200-500 microns): Used in applications where larger particles need to be captured, such as protecting pumps and other downstream equipment in industrial processes. GWENDE does not current carry Coarse Mesh but we have partners who do and we can assist in finding you the cheapest configuration at the highest quality for your buying of procure needs of Y-Strainers.
   • Very Fine Mesh (550 - 12000) - Mesh in this size range are used to filter vary fine particles. These sizes will capture the finest sand down to bacteria and even blood cells. We do not currently offer this grade Mesh at GWENDE but if you contact us we may be able to source up to a 550 mesh. Any higher than 550, we would recommend looking into pharmaceutical/fine oil and gas strainers and meshes.

     Japan's largest steelmaker, Nippon, bought out US Steel for 14.1 billion dollars in December.
